Land or chalet, choose the phase and budget, and the Al Mithaq team will contact you with the options that suit you.

Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City sits on the Al Khiran coast, about 100 km south of Kuwait City. Instead of reclaiming land from the sea, its developer cut canals into the desert, so nearly every plot faces water: some 200 km of shoreline across the phases.
Land here is bought for a chalet, a family villa or as a long-term holding. Plots differ by phase, by position on the canal and by size, and availability changes every week. That is why we ask first and show second.
Al Mithaq has sold and resold land and chalets on this coast for two decades from our Kuwait office. Tell us what you want and we bring you the current options, not an old list.
It depends on what you want: the first phases are fully built and lived in, the later phases have more empty plots to choose from. Tell us your budget and use and we suggest the phase that fits.
Most residential plots are between 400 and 800 square metres, with larger corner and waterfront plots in some phases. Availability changes week by week, which is why we confirm before we show.
Ownership rules in Kuwait are specific to nationality and to the type of property. Our team explains what applies to you before you commit to anything.
