A completed home is transferred at the Dubai Land Department and you receive the keys with the title deed; no construction wait.
Dubai Land Department fee of 4% of the price plus a small registration fee, as on every Emaar unit. No VAT on homes.
A home of AED 2 million or more can carry a 10-year UAE Golden Visa for you and your family. Emaar adds a Golden Visa support voucher on qualifying homes under its current offer.
Emaar works with Emirates NBD and ADCB; non-residents are usually offered part of the price as a mortgage. We check the current terms for you.
