Aldar sales pass AED 5 billion at Talay and Yas Riva Reserve
Aldar says the launches of Talay on Marsa Al Saadiyat and Yas Riva Reserve on Yas Island brought in more than AED 5 billion of sales, with 69% of sales going to expatriate residents and overseas buyers.

What Aldar announced
On 29 September 2026 Aldar said it had generated more than AED 5 billion in sales across the launches of Talay and Yas Riva Reserve. The announcement came as Abu Dhabi hosts the first Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX). Talay is the first residential community inside Marsa Al Saadiyat, with 351 villas. Yas Riva Reserve is a gated waterfront community of 292 villas to the northeast of Yas Island.
Who bought
According to Aldar, 54% of buyers were first-time Aldar customers. UAE nationals were 31% of buyers, and expatriate residents and overseas buyers made up 69% of sales. Buyers from the UAE, the UK, Russia, Jordan and India led by sales volume. Women were 30% of buyers, and 55% of all buyers were under 45.
The two communities
Marsa Al Saadiyat is the AED 100 billion waterfront destination that completes the final phase of Saadiyat Island. Aldar says it spans about 6.4 million m² and eight kilometres of coastline, with the emirate's largest marina, 5.6 km of beaches, three schools and a planned underground Etihad Rail high-speed station, and will be home to more than 58,000 residents. Yas Riva Reserve will connect to the rest of Yas Island through a new bridge.
What Al Mithaq adds
Our Yas Riva Reserve page lists every villa type with its size, plot and price from AED 7.9 million, the payment plan with 5% at booking, and a two-minute request form. Availability changes quickly after a launch like this, so we confirm with Aldar before we quote.
