The numbers

Dubai registered AED 46.2 billion of real estate transactions in August 2026 across 15,611 sales, mortgages and gifts. Sales alone were AED 27.9 billion across 11,601 transactions: 10,124 units (apartments and villas), 684 buildings and 793 plots of land.

Why it mattersAugust is usually the quiet month, and Dubai still sold more than 370 homes a day. For a buyer that means two things: resale supply in ready communities is thin, and new launches from Emaar and the big developers are where the choice is.

What Al Mithaq adds

From Kuwait we sell Emaar communities in Dubai, including Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills and Emaar South. Tell us the budget and the community and we send the current availability, not a brochure from last year.
