Kuwait property sales: KD 48.9 million in the first three days of September
72 contracts were registered, with investment property carrying most of the value and one coastal strip plot changing hands for KD 1.2 million, the Ministry of Justice figures show.
The numbers
The Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice registered 72 real estate contracts worth about KD 48.9 million between 1 and 3 September 2026. Private property led by number with 54 contracts worth about KD 18.2 million. Investment property followed with 16 contracts worth about KD 29.5 million. One commercial contract was registered at KD 17,000, and one coastal strip contract at KD 1.2 million.
