What Sea City is
Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City sits on the Al Khiran coast, about 100 km south of Kuwait City. Instead of reclaiming land from the sea, its developer cut canals into the desert, so nearly every plot faces water: some 200 km of shoreline across five phases.
Which phase
The first phases are fully built and lived in, with finished chalets and neighbours. The later phases have more empty plots to choose from and more positions on the water. Which is best depends on whether you want to build now or hold the land.
What sizes exist
Most residential plots are between 400 and 800 square metres. Larger corner and waterfront plots of 800 to 1,200 m² and above exist in some phases. Availability changes week by week, which is why we confirm a plot before we show it.
