Golden Residency through property
A home in Bahrain can carry a 10-year residency for the whole family.
Buy a property registered in your name for at least BHD 130,000 (about USD 345,000) and you can apply for Bahrain's Golden Residency: 10 years, renewable, unlimited entry and exit, your spouse, children and parents included, and the right to work with a permit. Kuwaiti and other GCC citizens do not need it: they enter on their ID card and own freehold. Bahrain is an hour's flight from Kuwait.
