Abu Dhabi property sales reach AED 86 billion in the first half of 2026
Sales transactions rose 164% in value against the first half of 2025, and foreign direct investment into Abu Dhabi property grew four times over, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre reports.
Why it mattersThe buyers arriving in Abu Dhabi are increasingly foreign, and they are buying in the investment zones where Gulf nationals and expatriates can own: Yas, Saadiyat, Al Reem and the like. Launch prices in those zones are being set against this demand, which is why first releases sell in days.
